Taking what I can get

So last weekend I was kidnapped and stuffed into a house in Chesterfield Township, MI causing me to not produce a bloggity :( Ha! I know my brother reads this, so I hope he knows its his own fault for causing so many Americans to suffer my ramblings (all 6 of my followers)

Anyway that is what I did all weekend, spent some really great quality time with family. It was not supposed to end up that way, but I think that was the best surprise in a long time.

The kids got to play together, I am glad the cousins all get a long so well. We played, swam, ate, and talked. I was a really good weekend! Ones that don't come a long far enough. The kids are growing at alarming rates, the adults get busy and even busier when the kids take on more and more activities. It becomes harder and harder to find weekends where we don't have things going on, so I take these times with family as much as I can. I guess it makes these times more special and I will happily take that!
